Shipping/Receiving Group Leader – 2nd Shift
Location: Anniston, AL
Salary: $16.91 per hour
Responsibilities- Ensure daily requirements and duties for Warehouse Techs are established and carried out in accordance with written procedures.
- Assist in training all Warehouse Technicians.
- Organize and distribute manpower daily to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of necessary data.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Supervisor and fellow Group Leaders.
- Be available to work overtime with minimal notice.
- Seek better ways of operation to maximize output.
- Be available to fill in for absent employees.
- Provide and maintain a safe and clean working environment following prescribed guidelines.
- Support implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and environmental policies.
- High School Degree, GED or higher.
- Basic forklift driving proficiency.
- Good organizational skills.
- Capable of working any assigned shift.
- Possess good leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.

Shipping Supervisor.
