• The Group Leader will ensure that the daily requirements and duties for Warehouse Technicians are established, implemented and carried out in accordance with written job procedures.
• Assist in the training of all Warehouse Technicians.
• Organize and distribute manpower daily to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintains accurate records of necessary data.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Supervisor and fellow Group Leaders.
• Must be available to work overtime with minimal notice.
• Seeks better ways of operation to maximize output.
• Must be available to fill in for absent employees.
• Provides and maintains a safe and clean working environment following prescribed guidelines.
• Supports the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and environmental policies.

• Education:
  
  High School Degree, GED or higher.
• Experience:
  
  N/A
• Skills:
  
  Basic forklift driving proficiency.
• Training Specific to Position: N/A
• Other:
  Good organizational skills. Capable of working any assigned shift. Possess good leadership skills.
