Production Associate
Kasai North America, Inc. invites you to join our production team as a Production Associate located in Talladega, AL.
As a Production Associate, you will support the assembly of automobile interior trim components and assemblies through precise mechanical operations and effective quality practices.
Responsibilities- Place parts in specified relationships and inspect each component, ensuring proper fastening by hand or with hand tools or powered tools.
- Operate and maintain machines such as KPM press, inspection mold, welders, robots, forklifts, hoists, and cranes to facilitate material movement.
- Adapt to varied work situations, lines, or departments as production needs require while meeting established quality and production quantity levels.
- Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
- Work any assigned shift and provide overtime on short notice as required.
- GED or High School Diploma preferred.

Salary: $15.91 per hour.
