Kemper Home Service team is seeking a Sales Manager to work with agents within their assigned territory. The role includes recruiting, training, and supervising an average of seven agents.

• Responsible for the performance of agents and expected to achieve results through consistent recruiting, training, and supervising activities.
• Continuously prospect for agent candidates.
• Regularly work with assigned agents, supervising and monitoring their sales and collection activities.
• Conduct business inspections in the field and by phone to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide service for agencies without an assigned agent.
• Report to the District Manager.

• 2+ years of sales management or equivalent experience.
• Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty.
• Position requires work in-office and in the field; 50‑100% of time will be spent in the field to recruit, train, develop and support agents.
