Tax Director

Responsibilities:
* Review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
* Review of high-net-worth individual returns
* Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
* Identify tax planning opportunities
* Train staff on new tax codes
* Handle and resolve tax controversies
* Train, mentor and supervision of staff Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting
* CPA is a must
* 10+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review, and tax law with ability to research
* Expected to have good communication skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities
* Experience managing and mentoring staff
