Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Pay: $15.00 Hourly

Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing support within the IT division.

Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of secretarial or clerical experience; or
  • A High School diploma or its equivalent.
The Work You Will Do: This position's duties include but not limited to the following:
  • Answers telephone and responds to email and phone requests.
  • Computes, records, and proofreads data and other information.
  • Communicates with customers, employees, and other individuals.
  • Operates office machines
  • Keeps track of inventory control of hardware in the regions. This includes IT equipment and peripheral delivery. Prepares related reports as needed.
  • Organize materials, supplies and services, and maintain records.
  • Reviews electronic files and records, and research other documents as needed to obtain information and respond to customer requests.
  • Performs all other related duties as requested.
