Sovran Building Systems Inc. is seeking motivated and hardworking Mason Laborers to join our Field Operations team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are physically capable, eager to work outdoors, and want to grow within the construction industry. You will play a key support role on job sites—moving materials, mixing mortar, and assisting skilled masons with block, brick, and stone construction.

US

Load, unload, and stock masonry materials.

Operate mixers to prepare mortar for masonry crews.

Assist in cutting stone, brick, and block as needed.

Erect and work on scaffolding under supervision.

Support job site organization and cleanliness.

Perform site clean-up and debris removal.

Follow instructions from the Masonry Foreman or Superintendent.

Work outdoors in all conditions and lift heavy materials (up to 40+ lbs).

Maintain safe work habits and help enforce safety procedures.

1 year of experience preferred, but not required.

Scaffold experience is a plus.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Physically capable of performing demanding tasks.

Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.

No formal education, licenses, or certifications required.
