Summary We are seeking a skilled individual for the newly created position of Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Tampa, FL area. This is an entry level position and an excellent opportunity to start a career in the in the residential elevator industry.

It is a pivotal role in which you will assist the lead Project Manager from the inception to the completion of tasks vital to each elevator that we install. This includes but not limited to; ensuring alignment with our mission of quality and safety while enhancing customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes and fostering collaboration within our teams.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Assist in coordinating with Sales Rep to schedule and meet with Builders / subcontractors to effectively communicate product requirements.

Help track the progress of job sites to make sure all requirements are met Support the collection the job site data that will be used in the manufacturing of product

When needed, consult with Factory when issues arise

Partner with the Project Manager to ensure job site readiness prior to delivery and installation of product

Assist with the coordination and scheduling of installation

Support the coordination with customer to ensure Code Compliance Be prepared to schedule inspections

Assist in ensuring jobs are completed in compliance with company specifications as well as completed in accordance to all company policies and procedures.

Assist in Development Lead Residential Elevators is drug-free workplace.
