Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a full-time opening for the position of Director of Financial Aid and Student Financial Services.

We are seeking a strategic leader for Student Financial Services that will advance TSC’s longstanding commitment to access, affordability and student success. The Director will administer federal, state, and institutional student aid programs and ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and standards. This person must be able to navigate complex data systems, analyze data from various sources to inform decisions, and build strong partnerships with key colleagues across campus.

The right person for this position will prioritize student needs and proactively communicate to students to ensure an effortless process, as well as provide leadership that promotes a team environment and improved processes.

• Master’s degree, and six (6) years of work experience in a post-secondary institution in student financial services.
• Leadership experience is required.
