Réalis is looking for a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer to join our team in Tallahassee, FL to work on a variety of structural engineering projects across the U.S.

• CFX SR 414 Expressway – a $365 million, 54‑span elevated viaduct in Maitland, FL.
• Broad Causeway Drawbridge Replacement – a $220 million high‑level fixed water crossing near Miami, FL.
• I‑70 Floyd Hill – a $560 million project to flatten curves, reduce steep grade, and add lanes in Colorado.

• Defines scope of the project and interprets, organizes and executes project assignments.
• Selects problems for investigation, developing novel approaches and solutions.
• Conducts quality‑control checks, reviews calculations, designs, evaluations and specifications, performs on‑site inspections and oversees remedial work.
• Keeps abreast of state‑of‑the‑art methods and developments in the area of specialization.
• Recommends changes or improvements to plans and programs.
• May function as the project manager for routine to semi‑complex projects, including marketing, negotiating contracts, budgeting, financial management, schedule coordination and resource allocation.
• Performs other duties as the supervisor may deem necessary.

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering; graduate‑level technical coursework preferred. This level may be achieved by engineers with ten years’ experience since B.S. or nine years since M.S.
• PE required.
• FDOT experience is a plus.
• Strong technical writing and communications skills, proven through technical presentations, papers or participation in technical committees.
