An established, multi-discipline engineering firm is seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to join its growing Civil Infrastructure group. This position can be based in Tampa, Jacksonville, or Maitland, FL.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of civil engineering experience with a background in municipal infrastructure, stormwater management, roadway design, drainage, and site improvements.
Responsibilities:- Manage municipal and civil infrastructure projects from planning through final design and delivery.
- Lead technical design, project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with municipal and government clients.
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Oversee stormwater, drainage, hydraulic, roadway, and utility-related projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate permitting and construction documentation.
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
- Municipal infrastructure and stormwater experience.
- Experience with ICPR, HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, or SWMM preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred.
- Strong project management, client relationship, and business development skills.
