AboutThe Role
The Retirement Plan Consultant will provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan. An incentive bonus opportunity is available based on pre‑defined plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.
Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
- Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
- Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
- Assist the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
- Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation.
- Travel as required for new plan enrollments (up to 25%).
- This is a salary‑paid position with bonus potential.

- High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; state insurance licenses required.
- CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
This position is currently designated as remote.
Estimated TravelMay include up to 25% travel.
This role is deemed a “covered associate” under SEC Rule 206(4)-5, 17 CFR.
