Craft Recruiting has partnered with a rapidly growing, boutique commercial financing firm to hire a Pricer / Underwriter. Backed by expanding institutional capital and substantial deal flow, the funder is growing its four-person credit desk by adding a dedicated pricer alongside two Senior Underwriters. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary pricing engine within a four-person underwriting team (working alongside two Senior Underwriters) to handle the bulk of pricing flow.

• Price, structure, and position 30–50 pre-screened commercial financing submissions per day.

• Analyze business bank statements, daily/weekly cash flow volatility, debt service coverage, and existing stacked positions.

• Structure terms, factor rates, and daily/weekly payment mechanics that balance competitive partner closing rates with strong portfolio performance.

• Partner cross-functionally with senior underwriters and internal relationship managers to work through counter-offers and resolve deal bottlenecks quickly.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 2–12 years of direct underwriting or pricing experience within Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) or revenue-based financing.

• Proven track record of evaluating and pricing deal flow in a high-volume, fast-paced setting (little to no merchant interview responsibilities required; focus is pure pricing and credit mechanics).

• Deep commitment to commercial credit analysis—someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of pricing and views alternative finance underwriting as a long-term specialty.

Skills

• Sharp cash flow and bank statement analysis skills with strong credit instincts.

• Ability to structure creative, workable offers on story deals without compromising risk standards.

• Strong pace, accountability, and clear communication when presenting offer logic to internal teams.

• High attention to detail with the discipline to maintain pricing integrity under volume.

Location & Travel

• Remote:
Open nationwide, with a strong preference for candidates living in Florida.

• Travel:
Occasional travel to South Florida for team alignment and planning sessions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000–$125,000 (commensurate with experience)

• OTE: $120,000–$160,000 (performance-driven upside)
