Our Organization and Mission:
The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Pay: $15.00 Hourly

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing support within the IT division.

Qualifications:

* Two (2) years of secretarial or clerical experience; or

* A High School diploma or its equivalent.

The Work You Will Do:
This position's duties include but not limited to the following:

* Answers telephone and responds to email and phone requests.

* Computes, records, and proofreads data and other information.

* Communicates with customers, employees, and other individuals.

* Operates office machines

* Keeps track of inventory control of hardware in the regions. This includes IT equipment and peripheral delivery. Prepares related reports as needed.

* Organize materials, supplies and services, and maintain records.

* Reviews electronic files and records, and research other documents as needed to obtain information and respond to customer requests.

* Performs all other related duties as requested.
