As a PTA, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Your day-to-day will involve meaningful patient interaction and the chance to be part of their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities

Observe and report on patient progress

Educate patients and families on home care strategies

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Active Florida PTA license (or willing to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

BLS certification

1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills
