We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead and support data migration efforts from SAP ECC, CRM, and BW environments to SAP S/4

HANA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP data migration, planning, and implementation, with expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP systems.

• Develop and manage project management plans and schedules.
• Provide technical and functional assistance in planning and executing S/4
  
  HANA data migration.
• Analyze business problems from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
• Prepare ad-hoc data requests and organize data into logical formats.
• Generate comprehensive reports, briefing papers, and presentations.
• Conduct fact-finding research and document findings.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure project success.

• Minimum 2 years of SAP S/4
  
  HANA data migration experience.
• At least 7 years of SAP ECC, CRM, and/or BW work experience.
• 2 years of experience with data migration tools and solutions applicable to SAP implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA functionality and its integration with CRM/ECC.
• Expertise in mapping CRM/ECC functionality to S/4
  
  HANA.
• Extensive experience in brownfield implementations and planning S/4
  
  HANA data migrations.
• Expert-level skills in migrating data from customized SAP CRM/ECC/BW environments to S/4
  
  HANA.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP ECC and CRM data migration processes.
• Strong project management skills to develop plans and schedules.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to create structured data formats and generate management-level reports.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and coordinating work assignments.
• Experience in conducting research and solving problems efficiently.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
