What You'll Work On:

Create and maintain Service Now platform architecture and technical solutions, system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Support the implementation, configuration, and support of Service Now modules — including ITSM, ITOM, Sec Ops, and ITAM.Develop and execute data migration and ETL strategies, including data validation and transformation mapping, while enforcing data integrity across the CMDB and related tables.

Integrate Service Now with enterprise technologies such as Splunk, Tanium, Active Directory, MFA, and authentication platforms, leveraging Service Now integration tools and APIs.Configure RBAC, secure authentication, user access, and system security in accordance with DOW best practices.

Support deployments within secure and air-gapped federal environments, including on-prem Service Now instances.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Service Now platform, providing timely support to end users.

Collaborate and partner with government stakeholders and technical teams to define and document technical specifications and workflows.

Provide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support including patching, monitoring, performance-metrics analysis, and platform optimization and make recommendations for improvements.

Support development and enforcement of Service Now best practices. Support the Platform Change Configuration Board Provide training and mentorship to junior administrators, team members, and support user training on Service Now functionality and best practices.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical reviews, and testing, and stay current with Service Now updates, features, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization

Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: 12+ years of experience in an Information Technology Field Experience providing Service Now administration, architecture, configuration, troubleshooting, and core module expertise

Experience with Service Now data migration, ETL, CMDB, and enterprise integrations

Experience supporting Service Now security and secure, air-gapped federal environments

Ability to document requirements, support Agile processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor staffTS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GEDCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification

DoD 8570 IAT III Certification

DoD 8140 Certification Work Role Code 451 at the Intermediate level or higher

Nice If You Have:5+ years of experience as a Service Now Administrator, including successful implementations and management

Experience in Service Now scripting languages, such as JavaScript or Glide Script, and web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, or AJAX Experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HAM, or SAM Experience with Service Now integration tools and APIsExperience with Service Now On-Prem instance implementation, management, and troubleshooting

Knowledge of database management and SQL, such as MariaDB Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Now best practices

Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
