Responsibilities Peraton requires Systems Administrators to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM.  This position is located at Mac Dill AFB in Florida.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (Net Ops); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support;

provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365. Perform configuration, customization, and routine maintenance of the Service Now platform to ensure reliable performance and stability

Support the implementation and testing of new modules, applications, and enhancements based on business requirements

Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining technical specifications and workflows in coordination with IT and business stakeholders

Apply established best practices for Service Now administration, including system security, user access, and data integrity

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to the Service Now platform, escalating complex issues to senior administrators as needed

Configure and maintain core ITSM processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), supporting data accuracy and integrity

Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities to keep the platform current and secure

Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures

Monitor system performance metrics and report issues and recommendations for improvement to senior administrators

Stay current with Service Now features and updates relevant to assigned duties

Support Service Now license management and governance activities (e.g., user, app, API usage, custom tables)
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Min 9 years with HS Diploma, 7 years AS/AA degree, 5 years with BS/BA degree, 3 years with MS/MAA DoD TS/SCI clearance is required

DoD 8570.01-M IAT IIWorking knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB administration.

Strong technical documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Ability to implement, test, troubleshoot, and support Service Now modules and enhancements.
