Role Overview An established organization is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Data Analyst to join a versatile IT support team. This professional serves as a technical resource across multiple corporate business units, addressing diverse functional use cases and managing a wide variety of software systems. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong database design capabilities and proficiency in workflow automation to deliver critical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable business insights.
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI to visualize key metrics.
* Automate complex business processes and workflows utilizing the Power Automate suite.
* Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various relational databases.
* Design and build database structures to support localized business applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams to gather data requirements and implement tailored solutions.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Required Qualifications
*
* Education:

** Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*
* Experience:

** Demonstrated professional experience in data analysis, database design, and workflow automation.
** Technical

Skills:

** Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, and Python.

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience supporting legal, human resources, or corporate real estate business units.
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, specifically Azure.
* Knowledge of additional data analysis tools and programming languages such as R.
