Associate Attorney

Carterwill Search is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of practice areas including education law, employment and labor in both public and private sectors, personal injury, and general tort litigation. • Represent clients in all phases of litigation
• Manage cases from inception to trial alongside supervising partners
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and argue motions
• Interview witnesses and experts, and negotiate with opposing counsel
• Draft legal documents including motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and trial materials
• Assist in employer investigations and alternative dispute resolution processes

• Two to three years of legal experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
• Interest in education law is a plus

• Direct input into case strategy and client management
• Strong emphasis on mentorship and associate development
