As a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Customer Relations & Sales- Retaining customers and managing all aspects of customer relations.
- Conducting physical property inspections.
- Maintaining consistent communication with customers.
- Training all new hires effectively.
- Managing time efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Collaborating with leadership to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personnel management.
- Promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence in commercial landscape maintenance.
- Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment to minimize repair needs.
- Training personnel on equipment use and maintenance best practices.
- Conducting weekly truck inspections and ensuring organization and cleanliness.
- Completing weekly inspection sheets.
