Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Risk Analyst to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key processes that support our risk management framework. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis, risk management, federal contracting rules and regulations and be comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-both internal stakeholders and client partners-so familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, business process re-engineering, and program management best practices is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage key risk management processes to support Oracle's Risk Management Framework
+ Support the assessment, management, and reporting on program risks and issues
+ Ensures work products meet (and frequently exceed) quality requirements
+ Manage the production lifecycle of contracted risk management deliverables
+ Support risk analysts in the risk identification, assessment, and mitigation of program-wide risks impacting the critical path
Top skills or competencies to be successful:
+ Strong analytical and administrative skills
+ Prior experience with federal markets and risk management
+ Expert communicator, self-led, team player
Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):
+ Bachelors plus a minimum of 3 years of business analyst/risk management experience in a program/project environment
+ Familiar with PMI and Agile principles
+ Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred
+ Required travel up to 10%
+ US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
** Responsibilities*
* Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

* US:
Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
