DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join an outpatient dialysis center. This role allows you to provide compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities, using a broad range of nursing skills.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work with a collaborative team in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Float to various facilities during training and after completion.
• Adapt to flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if state regulations mandate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director per CMS guidelines.
• PCI or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.

Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
