Position Title: Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse – Nights
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $43/hour flat
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (Nights Only; case-by-case)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Shift Differentials:
Nights: +$3/hour
Position Overview:
Join a top-performing hospital in Tallahassee, FL, as a Float Pool ICU RN. This critical care role offers a dynamic work environment, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work across multiple ICU units. You’ll provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations while supporting the team in various departments. This is a night shift role with rotating weekends.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Deliver patient-focused, evidence-based critical care
- Float across ICU units, adapting to various workflows and team dynamics
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
- Serve as a patient advocate, maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Florida (Compact licenses accepted; FL license must be obtained)
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in an acute care setting (within the past 1–2 years)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
- BSN preferred
- Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage
