Schedule: Days 7a–7p or Nights 7p–7a, rotating weekends
Compensation: $27.72–$39.60/hr based on experience
Differentials: Nights $3/hr, Weekends $2/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days, $15,000 Nights
Relocation: Case by case

Join a 288-bed acute-care hospital’s Med-Telemetry Neuro unit caring for adult medical and neuro/telemetry patients. Team culture, strong collaboration, and nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5–1:6.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for neuro/telemetry and med-surg patients
• Monitor rhythms, elevate neuro changes, manage meds and drips per policy
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and patient throughput
• Provide education on medications, fall prevention, and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and safety/compliance standards

Required

• Active RN license (FL or Compact)
• 1 year of recent acute care RN experience
• BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire

Preferred

• BSN
• Prior neuro/telemetry or med-surg experience

• Hourly base up to $39.60 plus differentials and sign-on
