$36.30/hour (10 years of experience)

$39.60/hour (15+ years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)

Shift Differentials:

$3/hour for nights

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry environment. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess patients, manage treatments independently, and advocate for patient safety in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and gather relevant health data

Advocate for patient safety and well-being within a multidisciplinary team

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical data

Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals

Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Valid RN license in Florida required;
Compact RN license holders must apply for Florida licensure prior to start
