Responsibilities Nurse Residency Program - 2025 Spring Class Graduates (Cohort 48) TMH offers NRP cohorts starting every quarter to best fit your needs. Eligibility & Requirements:
Completion of an accredited nursing program. New graduate nurses and RNs with less than 06 months of hospital (acute care) experience. Active Florida RN license or Multi-State RN license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or NCLEX Authorization to Test ( ATT ). Active American Heart Association CPR/BLS – Healthcare Provider card.

You do not need to meet the college degree and licensing requirements to apply or interview for the upcoming program. Tallahassee Memorial Health Care can hire you as a Graduate Nurse even before passing your NCLEX! Units Offered:
