Compassionate Hospice -Care RN

Catholic Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan and deliver care to patients in their homes across South Florida. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with families and our interdisciplinary team.

The role requires 1–2 years of hospice experience (CHPN preferred; not required immediately). You will educate patients and families, administer medications, and ensure documentation in the electronic health record meets quality
