• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents with varying needs and conditions

• Assess and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure prompt intervention and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
