You will monitor quality of care, mentor staff, and support a patient-first culture to ensure exceptional outcomes and a smooth unit operation.
The CNC will participate in staffing, onboarding, training and performance actions, while ensuring inventory and supplies meet patient care needs. Florida nursing license required.
