AS A LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER
You will create beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties. You will oversee and support a crew, making sure they are transported to the different job sites and clocked in upon arrival.
CREW LEADER DUTIES INCLUDE
Practicing horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching.Overseeing and directing assigned landscape maintenance crew.Directing crew on site and leading them through tasks and projects.Ensuring all relevant equipment is loaded and ready for each job.Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and any broken or missing equipment is fixed or replaced.Troubleshooting problems as they arise.Keeping project on schedule and within budget.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in landscape or similar industry.Knowledge and ability to use landscape related tools (i.e. mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)Strong customer relations, solid work ethics and excellent people and leadership skills are a must.Must have a valid driver's license and clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Previous supervisory experience preferred.COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
