Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

You will schedule and direct personnel and resources towards providing quality, one-of-a-kind services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will also be responsible for training and developing your crew by providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance.

• Providing landscape maintenance care to a diverse portfolio of commercial properties among.
• Providing timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient responses to clients and management.
• Managing several crews (typically 3-5), to comply with the company's productivity requirements, policies, and safety regulations.
• Helping crews meet budgeted hours. This involves vehicle/equipment management, review of daily time sheets, production management, and routing of crews.
• Seeing possible issues in advance and making plans to address these issues before they arise.
• Having an eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

• 2–4 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) communication is a big plus.
• The Project Supervisor should possess a strong maintenance background. Working knowledge of all landscape maintenance equipment and tools.
• Requires such responsibilities as leadership, strong communication to management, fuel/equipment/chemical usage notations and more.
• Leadership, Landscape Knowledge, and Landscape Maintenance Experience required for this position.
• Valid driver’s license with clear MVR is required.

• $17.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience

Landscape Maintenance: 2 - 4 years

High School or equivalent.

Driver's License (Class E and above) and clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
