• Track usage, set optimal stock levels, slash obsolescence, and keep the shelves turning fast.
• Negotiate with OEM and aftermarket suppliers for pricing, availability, and fill‑rate guarantees.
• Hire, coach, and motivate a high‑performance parts team that loves winning together.
• Partner with our service lane and wholesale customers to get the right part, first time, every time.
• Set strategic pricing, analyze turns & gross profit, and hit aggressive GP goals.
• Keep us spotless on audits, safety, and manufacturer standards.

• Proven track record running an automotive parts department (dealership experience preferred).
• Deep knowledge of OEM parts catalogs, DMS/POS systems, and inventory best practices.
• Positive leadership style.
• Solid communication chops with techs, vendors, and retail walk‑ins.
• Must pass pre‑employment background check, MVR review, and drug screen; we maintain a drug‑free workplace.
