Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Perform needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to address client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. - Compliance:
Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided).
