SummarySales Solutions Representatives are responsible for prospecting, presenting products and services to residential and commercial customers, ensuring proper documentation for sales agreements and proposals, engaging existing customers, and maintaining continuous communication with management.
What You’ll Do- Proactively schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about our products and services.
- Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business.
- Identify ways to market products to new customers, including identifying new target market segments or opportunities.
- Uphold relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied and their needs are met.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred industry experience.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Proficient use of social media to generate sales leads.
- Product knowledge.
- Technologically adept (tablets, smartphones, and computers).
- Prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to meet sales goals.
