Territory Sales Manager (North Florida & South Georgia)
Position Overview:
The primary function of the Territory Sales Manager is to achieve sales growth and net hearing instrument sales while building, growing and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates must live within the territory.
- Achieve net hearing instrument sales quota monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, grow business, identify service issues, lower return rates, gather competitive information.
- Prepare an annual territory business plan reviewed and updated quarterly with Regional Director and Inside Sales counterpart, including sales growth aligned with corporate goals and appropriate zoning of customer base.
- Work effectively with Inside Sales to prospect, develop, and recruit new customers.
- Introduce and establish new products to existing and new customers.
- Coordinate training of customers and provide software/hardware support.
- Present GN Resound’s technology story convincingly to individuals and groups.
- Utilize marketing tools and open houses to build customer loyalty.
- Maintain accuracy of the GN Resound customer database.
- Complete sales and corporate reporting in a timely fashion.
- Represent GN Resound professionally at all levels.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
- Experience with database management.
- Exemplary platform skills.

- Preferred Education:
4‑Year College Degree. - Experience:
3+ years outside sales of tangible product; 3+ years B2B selling (non‑retail). - Travel:
Up to 75%. - Reports:
None. - Environment:
Field Based. - Physical Demands:
Lift 15 lbs, sit, walk, stand. - Position Type:
Salaried, Monday‑Friday, may require evenings.

Pay TransparencyTotal annual compensation includes competitive base pay and performance‑based commissions. Base pay may range from $65,000 to $85,000; total compensation may range from $200,000 to $220,000, depending on location and experience.
