Dental Business Development Representative

Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in the dental industry
. We help dental practices nationwide find qualified professionals and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our client base.

This is a sales-focused position centered on prospecting, reaching hiring decision-makers, selling recruitment services, and generating new business.

• Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities
• Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers
• Cold call, email, use Linked In, and conduct consistent outbound outreach
• Introduce and sell Desort’s recruitment and staffing services
• Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into new clients
• Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline of prospects
• Build long-term relationships with dental practices
• Work with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Strong ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers
• Persistent and confident with follow-ups
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Experience with Linked In, email, and CRM systems
• Recruitment/staffing sales experience is highly preferred
• Dental industry experience is a plus
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
