Pro Sidian Seeks a Environmental Scientist to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position.
JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Environmental Continuing Services (Environmental Scientist) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Perform Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments.
- Prepare technical reports for environmental audits and due diligence investigations.
- Provide oversight for site remediation projects and develop mitigation strategies.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with ASTM standards for environmental assessments.
- GIS and mapping proficiency.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related discipline; 3–5 years of consulting experience.
- Certification in environmental site assessment standards (e.g., ASTM Phase I/II ESA).
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Field sampling, remediation techniques, and report writing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
