• Provide protection for various protectees.
• Conduct criminal investigations related to U.S. financial obligations.
• Plan and execute security for National Special Security Events.

• U.S. citizenship
• Valid driver's license
• Firearm proficiency (must carry and use a firearm)
• Age between 21 and 37 at the time of conditional employment offer (exceptions for certain veterans and prior federal service)
• Top Secret Clearance
• Visual acuity of 20/100 binocular uncorrected, 20/20 corrected
• Hearing within specified limits
• Pass drug tests (pre-employment and random)
• Complete 13 weeks of training at FLETC and 18 weeks at James J. Rowley Training Center
• Willingness to accept assignments nationwide and abroad
• Register with the Selective Service System if applicable
