We’re hiring Hood Cleaning Technicians in Tallahassee, FL. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to ensuring fire safety in commercial kitchens. You’ll work mostly overnight shifts cleaning exhaust systems, documenting services, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent results.

All new hires begin with paid hands‑on training at our headquarters in Atlanta (Woodstock, GA). During this training,
housing and food are fully covered by the company
. The training period typically lasts 6–12 weeks
, depending on each individual’s experience level and performance.
Experienced crews may complete training in as little as 2–4 weeks before returning to Tallahassee to begin full‑time work in their local market.

Training pay is $18–$23 per hour and applies only during the short training period. Once training is completed, technicians transition to full pay, earning $1,350–$2,000+ per week based on performance and efficiency.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops
• Comfortable with overnight work
