Ballenger Landcare is a commercial specialist that provides responsible water management consulting, design and maintenance services for master planned community developers, commercial landscape architects and property management firms.

• Manage irrigation crew and organize project readiness and completion
• Install and repair irrigation systems for commercial properties
• Perform routine maintenance on irrigation systems, including adjusting sprinkler heads and replacing damaged components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems, such as leaks or low water pressure
• Ensure proper water distribution and coverage for lawns, gardens, and landscapes
• Dig trenches and install pipes, valves, and other irrigation system components
• Operate power tools and hand tools to complete installation and repair tasks
• Collaborate with landscaping teams to coordinate irrigation system installation with overall landscape design
• Provide recommendations for improving irrigation system efficiency and water conservation

• Previous experience as a foreman in Irrigation or similar role REQUIRED
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
• Knowledge of garden and landscape maintenance practices
• Familiarity with irrigation system components, such as pipes, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers
• Ability to dig trenches and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
  
  Understanding of lawn care principles and water management practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve irrigation system issues
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in installation and repair work
• Valid driver's license
