Neptune Technology Group has an immediate opening for a Health, Safety and Environmental Engineer. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity to work with seasoned experts in developing next‑generation metering products. The successful candidate will gain working knowledge of Neptune products and processes and work with an operational department to manage all aspects of a health, safety and environmental compliance effort.
Position Summary- Facilitate various Health, Safety, and Environmental teams (Ergonomics, Safety Committees, or other HSE compliance specific).
- Assist with specific HSE regulatory compliance programs, including program development, training, documentation, and auditing.
- Provide support to all areas for HSE related projects and manufacturing process modifications.
- Assist in health and industrial hygiene compliance activities.
- Manage all aspects of a health, safety and environmental compliance effort.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Industrial & Systems Engineering (preferred). Health and safety coursework preferred.
Experience: 0 to 5 years in an industrial environment.
Location: Tallassee, AL.
