• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance technicians to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to minimize production interruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, optimizing stock levels to support maintenance activities while controlling costs.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to track equipment performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
