The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hanging store signage and assembling merchandise and fixtures.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering excellent customer service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask for value and appreciation.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special periods (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts typically last 4-8 hours, with travel between store locations often required in personal vehicles.
• Adherence to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed.
• Push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds), and reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle birds/poultry and operate various store tools and equipment.
• Constant movement throughout the store and outdoor areas is required for safety and efficiency.
