World Elite Kids is seeking a high‑impact Director of Camps & Clinics to lead, scale, and elevate our kids camp and clinic programs across three locations. This role oversees a $2M projected revenue division and is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in growth‑phase environments and can make an immediate, visible impact on people, systems, and results.
The Opportunity- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of camps and clinics across all locations
- Lead revenue growth, capacity planning, and program expansion
- Build systems that scale while preserving World Elite's culture and standards
- Partner with executive leadership to align programming with company goals
- Direct day‑to‑day operations for camps and clinics across 3 facilities
- Drive enrollment, pricing strategy, capacity optimization, and retention toward $2M+ revenue
- Recruit, train, and develop leadership and instructional teams
- Create and refine SOPs, scheduling models, and performance metrics
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality experiences for kids and families
- Identify and execute quick wins while building long‑term growth infrastructure
- 3-7+ years leading youth programs, camps, clinics, or similar service‑based operations
- Proven experience leading during growth or scale‑up phases
- Demonstrated success managing multi‑location teams and P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills
- Values‑driven leader who aligns with World Elite Kids' mission and culture
- Established brand with 20+ years of impact serving thousands of families
