• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component. Aveanna may assist with obtaining certification after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
