As Shift Manager you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

• Drivers – $10 per hour (take home cash and credit card tips daily, average total $15-$25 per hour)
• Customer Service Reps – $12
• Pizza Makers – $13
• Opening or Closing Shift Managers (one or the other) – $14
• Opening or Closing Managers (available to do either) – $15 (open availability mandatory)
• Assistant Manager – $16 (open availability mandatory)
• General Manager in Training – $17 (salary, open availability mandatory)
