$23.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Position:
District Director Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Approve and send orders to the warehouse for daily processing.
  • Post payments to customer accounts.
  • Follow up on payments, verify deposits, and send payments to accounts.
  • Support and verify credit card payments.
  • Invoice customers for chemicals, parts, service work orders, and drop shipments.
  • Send invoices and statements via email and mail as needed.
  • Enter data into accounts receivable ledger.
  • Scan and code documents monthly.
  • Identify, track, and resolve aging balances.
  • Perform general office duties: filing, answering phones, routine correspondence.
  • Conduct monthly close duties: open items, statements, aging.
  • Maintain financial security and internal controls.
  • Keep information confidential.
  • Suggest process improvements for team efficiency.
  • Multitask effectively, focusing on quality and quantity.
  • Serve as backup for phones.
  • Document workflows and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Experience handling customer calls and accounts receivable invoicing.
  • Knowledge of subscription billing and reconciliation.
  • Collections experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize with minimal supervision.
