Position: Hiring: Assistant Service Administrator

Guest Services Assistant
Woburn  Forest | £13.20 per hour
From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.
Answering questions by phone and in person
Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings
Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)

Career development and in-role training
Part-time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am to 10:00pm
You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
