We are looking for a full‑time permanent Teacher in Electrical Installation to join us.

Whatyou’ll need
- Enthusiastic, resilient, highly motivated with literacy and numeracy at least Level 2; candidates must be qualified to at least Level 3 in Electrical Installation Engineering.
- Level 4 teaching qualification (Certificate in Education/PGCE/Bachelor of Education) or requirement to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment, plus relevant assessment qualifications (IQA/A1/V1) and evidence of current Continuous Professional Development.
- Plan, deliver and develop teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles.
- Take responsibility for the quality of teaching and curriculum development that meets learner needs.
- Assess learners’ progress in college or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.
- Work up to two evenings per week if required; any evening hours will be deducted from normal working hours as per business needs.
